It’s been 8 years since I recorded this song. It was the only song I composed and wrote for a 6 song Ep, for the first band I ever joined, that was never officially released.
I wrote this song way before though, when I was about 16/17 years old. It was the first song I ever wrote that was recorded in a real studio, in Las Vegas. It was my first ever experience being in a band and marks the beginning of my journey. My wife has been begging me to re-record it for years. One day we will. For now, I’m officially releasing this “demo” under AHKL. I’m turning 30 soon, so it holds a lot of significance for me. My whole 20’s, I’ve spent chasing this dream, and on my upcoming birthday, on June 26, 2020, I’m saying goodbye to my 20’s forever, but the memories I’ve made with those I love will forever last.
